Piano Roll Scripting Unlocked - A Color Generator!

The first of the proposed piano roll scripts has already been added - a random color generator for the piano roll!

This device leaves your notes where they are, but randomly flicks them into different colors.  Your base number (for example, 14, as in '14.183') will cycle through and randomize  into 14 different colors, and likewise, anything in the realm of '2' (even as in 2.492) will only cycle through 2 different colors. This is useful for when you only have a few color zones and only want it to cycle through a few of the available 15.
