File Checker Included (for Windows users)

A file checker has been added! Simply click on the executable, navigate to the file in question, and it'll tell you whether it's a Patcher file or VFX Script. This is a very rudimentary solution for now, but it works!

This misfires on Formula Controller scripts, but there's only one of those so far (the scaler). Will be updating this to get it to detect an even wider variety of file types!
