[MIDI] CC Busdriver (VST Plugin)

Ah yes, an assignable MIDI CC macro panel for your DAW. 

While most DAWs have this feature on command in some form or another (even if you have to build it yourself in a nice little GUI), I wanted something that could interface with various plugins in a 'set it and forget it' kind of way -- throw it on a track, hijack a few synth parameters here and there, forget what the hell you did, come back to it later and realize that you're a goddamn genius sound designer extraordinaire!

Whatever that means. 

Anyway, this is my first VST plugin, so it's virtually untested in the wild -- hopefully it'll work in your DAW as well as it works in mine (and I've tried as many as I could), but ironing out the bugs will likely be an ongoing process.  So far, it works great for me on Windows under every DAW I've tried it on, but being my first plugin, I'm leaving plenty of room for doubt just in case some other platform or OS totally fails.
