Added 21 playable synth patches

This update features a host of straightforward playable synths, as well as a bunch of crazy sounds generated from MIDI keyboard input ranging from resonant bells all the way to sample-and-hold generated sequences, a handful of Vital hijacks and accompanying sequences that shadow you and play along with the notes that you play.
