Since I can't bundle all of the cool things I use for setups like these, I figured I can just redirect you to each of them:

LoopMIDI will essentially allow you to create phantom MIDI busses on your PC, so that you can easily send and receive MIDI through any device (if anyone needs a video for this process, I'd be happy to record one) -- and get MIDI into and out of this easily.
